Lawyer Referral Service

USPI refers clients to competent licensed attorneys based on location, area of law, and special services offered and your needs. When a client calls for a referral they will be asked for their name, phone number, and a brief description of their legal problem. Our office will start searching for the right attorney for you. If the client is referred to an attorney through USPI, Inc., they will receive their first in-office consultation for free with that attorney. Any additional fees must be arranged between the client and attorney should they establish an attorney/client relationship

If you are unsure if you need to consult with an attorney, you may still want to call USPI. Our staff can help you focus on the type of assistance you may need, or give you more information on government, and community service programs that may be able to assist you as well, or direct you to legal resources that may help you. We cannot give you legal advice.

USPI, Inc. is not a law firm; we assist people in finding an attorney related to their particular needs. Our experience and expertise connects the public with attorneys whom are licensed to practice in the state where the litigation or problem exsists. At anytime after the referral, should you experience any problem with communications etc. with the attorney you can request that USPI, Inc. get back involved and monitor the relationship.
